If you're unfamiliar with needle felting (like we were), it's when a needling tool is used with loose wool to densely shape cute little sturdy objects like this!
As always, monitor your cats when they play! If the toy starts to lose its shape, you can use poke it back together with a needling tool and trim stray wool hairs as needed.
